Awards

At the 2018 BATS awards we had nominees for best actress in a musical, Irene Smith (Miss Hannigan), and best supporting actress in a musical, Katie Toole (Lily St. Regis). Following on from this in February 2019 we won 3 NODA District 5 awards for our last show Annie. These were for best female youth in an adult show, Emelia Parkinson (Annie), best ensemble, and best Programme in the gold class.

This year at the NODA District 5 awards we won 2 awards for My Fair Lady. These were for:

Best Supporting Male in a Musical - Zack Thornley (Freddy Eynsford -Hill), and Best Programme in the Diamond class.

We also had several other nominations:

Best Male Lead - John Preston (Professor Higgins)

Best Female lead - Sophie Lord (Eliza Doolittle)

Best Supporting Male - Colin Dean (Colonel Pickering)

Best Supporting Female - Elaine Nuttall (Mrs Higgins)

Best Choreographer - Sue Crosby

Best Musical Director - Steven Sandiford
